Saves Money: Purchase qualified prescriptions in 90-day quantities for the same copay or coinsurance amount as a 60-day supply at the pharmacy.
Saves Time: Reduce visits to the pharmacy; prescriptions are delivered right to your door.
Saves Hassle: The Smart90 Program offers mail order through Walgreens or Express Scripts directly for discounts.
The preferred pharmacy networks include Walgreens and Express Scripts. If you visit a non-preferred pharmacy you will be responsible for the out of network cost share and a $10 copay on the PPO plan or 50% plus deductible on the CDHP plan.

Prescriptions are fillable only at Express Scripts contracted pharmacies. CHC pharmacies are considered in-network and are part of the preferred network.
The CHPW medical plans include prescription drug coverage, through Express Scripts, to keep your costs down. The amount you pay is determined by the type of prescription drug and the tier of provider you use to get it filled.
