That’s why CHPW provides Benefit Advocacy services, through Alliant, to all CHPW employees and their covered family members. Benefit Advocates are benefit experts who are available to help you better understand your benefits, options, and costs. To protect your privacy, your Benefit Advocate may need to obtain your written authorization to assist you with certain issues.
