Join the Mentoring Program to connect with a supportive community of mentors and mentees and support your career path and development. Your mentor will work with you to provide comprehensive training to help you reach your goals.
All CHPW non-exempt employees can use Paid Training Time for elective, job-related, and formal training.

Our Pathfinder Career Navigation platform helps you explore career paths through skills and aptitudes. Hands-on support through Career Navigation Workshops helps you translate your target skills into learning action steps and internal mobility strategies.
