Most Benefits Will Roll Over – But You Must Confirm
Most of your current benefits will roll over to 2027, including medical, dental, vision, voluntary Life, voluntary AD&D, and Critical Illness insurance. If you were previously enrolled in ID Watchdog, your coverage has been mapped to the new Elite plan.

All employees must log in to UKG Pro by November 13, 2026, to:

  • Enroll in or reconfirm your benefit elections.
  • Confirm your address is current and update it if it has changed.
  • Review and update your beneficiaries.

You must also actively enroll if you want to:

  • Make changes to your benefits or add/remove dependents.
  • Contribute to an HSA or FSA. These elections do not roll over.
  • Elect voluntary Life and AD&D up to the guaranteed-issue amount without Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
  • Enroll in the new voluntary Accident and Hospital Indemnity insurance.
  • Opt-in for legal coverage through our new voluntary plan with LegalEASE.

Review your options carefully to choose the coverage that’s right for you for 2027. Once Open Enrollment closes, you will not be able to make changes to your benefits until next year’s Open Enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life event.

  • Medical Plan Updates: PPO and CDHP deductibles are changing. PPO deductibles will be $1,350 individual / $2,700 family, and CDHP deductibles will be $1,750 individual / $3,500 family.
  • FSA & HSA Limits Increasing: For 2027, the contribution limit for both the Health Care FSA and Limited Purpose FSA increases to $3,500, with up to $700 in carryover. HSA limits increase to $4,500 for self-only and $9,000 for family coverage.
  • Telehealth Updates: Effective January 1, 2027, 98point6 by Transcarent will be discontinued. Telehealth coverage will continue through MDLive.
  • Carrot Enhancements: Coverage is being expanded to include pediatric telemedicine and pelvic floor therapy.
  • New Life and Disability Carrier: Unum will provide your Life and Disability insurance beginning January 1, 2027.
  • Voluntary Life: Take advantage of a one-time Open Enrollment opportunity to elect up to the guaranteed issue amount of $150,000 without EOI.
  • Child Life Coverage Enhancements: Elect coverage in $1,000 increments, instead of $2,500. The maximum benefit for children from live birth through 6 months increases to $1,000, up from $500.
  • Voluntary Child Critical Illness: Dependent children under age 26 are automatically covered at no additional cost for 50% of the employee’s coverage amount.
  • New Voluntary Benefits: Accident and Hospital Indemnity insurance will be available through Unum, along with legal services through LegalEASE. You must actively enroll during Open Enrollment to receive coverage.
  • ID Watchdog Changes: The Plus and Platinum plans will be discontinued and replaced by the new Elite plan for 2027. Coverage for existing participants has been mapped to the new plan. New participants must actively enroll in coverage.
  • Enhanced EAP: Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is getting two enhancements: legal consultations are increasing from 30 to 60 minutes, and concierge services are expanding.
