We work hard, and we want to make sure our employees get time away to recharge. CHPW provides several types of paid time off for you to enjoy activities or be there when it matters.

The paid time off program applies to:
PTO begins with the first pay period and accrues each pay period based on actual hours worked—to a maximum of 40 hours per week and 2,080 hours per year. Eligible temporary employees may use accrued PTO after completing 180 days of service. Note: Employees who are rehired within 12 months of separation will have their service bridged for the purposes of service anniversary recognition and PTO accrual. |

*Your floating holidays can be used as you see fit and do not have to be used on an official holiday. Two floating holidays are awarded each year on January 1, and must be used before the last working day of the year.

CHPW’s partnership with PTO Exchange provides you with programs to utilize your accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) in a more flexible way to meet your own needs or to help a coworker in need.
